Over the course of several months I asked for various different quotes on different size buildings and layouts and he always quickly turned around my quotes. What I DIDN'T find was a bunch of negative reviews so I emailed them and got an immediate reply from Jimmy Hammett who wanted to know what my project entailed and if he could answer any questions. I started researching them and some of the others and couldn't really find that many reports on Rhino. I found a website that had the 10 best steel building companies in the U.S. It seems like it is kind of a crap shoot trying to find a good steel building company if you go by online reviews. Please give me a call at 94 if you would like to discuss the matter further. This problem should not have cost you any money since Rhino paid for the invoice. Rob, I am not sure who you are with regards to our customer or the construction company but you are not in our system and we have never talked to you on the phone or by email. We have not heard anything from our customer or the construction company since 4/5/17 when the invoice was received and check was sent out. I apologize there was a problem with this project but we did have everything handled and with replacement parts delivered quickly. This check was sent overnight to the Customer and not the construction company per their wishes. On 4/5/17 we were sent the final invoice from the construction company for $1,300.
The whole time we were in contact with the construction company letting them know the delivery time and what replacement parts to expect. New end-cap plates were sent out the same day the 21st and delivered on 3/24/17. We were sent pictures as well from the construction company to verify the problem. Rob, We were notified on 3/20/17 of the end-cap plate holes were supposed to be 3" but were drilled 2-1/4" from our customer.
